Returns & Exchanges

At KnitCrochic, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of the same value or higher. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
    • Intimate apparel
    • Accessories (e.g., earrings, hair accessories) for hygiene reasons
    • Items marked as final sale

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
